- Each valid receipt/proof of purchase uploaded from Abbott LifePlus (ALP) Loyalty Program Mobile App will be rewarded with ONE (1) RM5 worth of Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload PIN.
- Receipt/proof of purchase shall be uploaded before 31 Aug 2022, 11.59pm.
- Receipt/proof of purchase received after the stipulated time and(or) failed to abide to ALP Receipt Submission Guideline https://www.abbottlifeplus.com/files/Receipt-Submission-Guideline.pdf will be disqualified and ineligible for the redemption.
- Valid for receipt/proof of purchase with purchased item(s) of SURBEX promo pack (50’s/60’s x 2) or single pack (30’s/50’s/60’s).
- Limited to first 1000 redemptions per month. Each member is entitled to THREE (3) redemptions per month.
- Member who is eligible for the redemption will be receiving SMS notification on successful redemption within 14 calendar days after receipt approved.
