The decision to conclude the ALP Loyalty Program was made after a thorough review of our customer engagement initiatives. We deeply appreciate your loyalty and participation in the program.

What happens to my unused ALP points after the program concludes on 28 February 2026?
All unused ALP points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed once the Abbott LifePLUS (ALP) Loyalty Program concludes. We encourage members to redeem their points before the program concludes on 28 February 2026.

Can I still submit my SURBEX® proof of purchase to earn ALP points before the program concludes on 28 February 2026?
The last day to submit your SURBEX® proof of purchase to earn ALP points is 31 December 2025. Starting 1 January 2026, the proof of purchase submission feature will be disabled.
You will still be able to redeem items from the catalogue until the program officially concludes on 28 February 2026.

What should I check to make sure my SURBEX® proof of purchase qualifies for ALP points?

Can I submit multiple SURBEX® proofs of purchase to earn ALP points before the program concludes on 28 February 2026?
Only purchases made personally by the registered member and intended for personal use are eligible for ALP points accumulation. Submissions made on behalf of others or for non-personal use may result in points being withheld, suspended, or rejected.

When and how will I receive my Touch 'n Go Reload PIN if I redeem it on 28 February 2026?
All redeemed Touch 'n Go Reload PINs will be delivered within 4 weeks from the date of redemption. The PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date to avoid any delays.

What should I do if I haven’t received the SMS with the Touch 'n Go Reload PIN after 4 weeks from my redemption date?
If you have not received the SMS after 4 weeks from your redemption date, please email info@abbottlifeplus.com as soon as possible for assistance.
Note: The email address will remain active until 31 May 2026. Thereafter, the ALP website and will be decommissioned and customers can call Abbott's office at +603 7988 7000 for further support.

Will I receive any final rewards or compensation?
ALP members are encouraged to redeem any remaining points before 28 February 2026. No additional rewards will be issued after the conclusion of ALP Loyalty Program.

We recommend redeeming your points early.

Can I transfer my ALP points to another program or account?
No, ALP points are non-transferable and can only be used within the ALP Loyalty Program before 28 February 2026.
