No. ALP membership is absolutely FREE!

How do I get enrolled?

You may register as an ALP member at our official website www.abbottlifeplus.com

How to earn ALP points?

Get your ALP points as easy as 123! Login to your ALP account and upload proof of purchase/ receipt to gain ALP points reward!

Step 1: Login to your ALP account at www.abbottlifeplus.com with username (Member ID or NRIC) and password.
Step 2: Select <Upload Receipt Now>
Step 3: Snap photo of your receipt and click <Submit>

How to check for my total ALP points and points earned history?

  1. Online:
    Step 1: Login to your ALP account. Your total ALP points are always displayed at the account home page.
    Step 2: Select <My Points Earned History> for your points earned record.

Is there any expiry for my earned points?

Yes. ALP points will be forfeited if no transaction activity in your account for 3 years consecutively.

How to redeem Abbott vitamin products with my ALP points?

  1. Online:
    Step 1: Login to your ALP account
    Step 2: Select "Redemption Catalogue" to redeem your favorite Abbott vitamin product(s).
    Step 3: Ensure the accuracy of details (especially delivery address and contact number). P.O. Box address is not allowed.
  2. Abbott LifePlus Toll-Free Hotline 1800-88-0709 (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, except public holiday)

We will deliver your redemption item(s) to your doorstep via courier service within 6-8 weeks. Redemption cannot be reversed/ cancelled after 24 hours from the date of request.

Do I have to pay for the redemption item(s) courier charges?

No. Courier charges will be borne by Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd.

However, receiver should contact Abbott LifePlus Toll-Free Hotline 1800-88-0709 within 48 hours if item(s) damaged in transit.

Can I transfer my ALP points to another member's account?

No. ALP points are not transferable.

Can I share my ALP account with others?

No. One membership should be only owned by one member.

How do I know if I am a registered member?

New member will receive a SMS notification within 10 -14 working days after registration in ALP system. Please contact Abbott LifePlus Toll-Free Hotline 1800-88-0709 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, except public holiday) to find out whether you are a registered member.
