What is Abbott LifePlus (ALP) all about?

Abbott LifePlus (ALP) is a special reward program for our loyal customers.

As an ALP member, you can accumulate ALP points with purchase of Abbott vitamin products and use the points to redeem for favored Abbott vitamin products.

All of these are equal to an additional savings of up to 13%!

Is there any applied charge for ALP membership?

No. ALP membership program is absolutely FREE to reward our loyal customers.

How do I get enrolled?

3 easy ways to get enrolled:

  1. Enrollment of ALP member can be done at our official website, www.abbottlifeplus.com.
  2. You will find a slip attached with every bonus pack purchased. Fill up the details and send it back to us, and you will be registered.
  3. Membership enrolment form can also be found at selected pharmacies. Complete personal details are required for membership enrolment.

How to accumulate LifePlus points?

Every RM1 of purchase is equivalent to 1 ALP point. (based on the recommended selling price)

Cut out the barcodes on top of the box/ packaging of the products and submit together with your complete personal details/ member ID to selected pharmacies** OR mail-in to

Is there any expiry date for accumulated points?

Yes. ALP Points will expire if no activation for 3 years consecutively in your account

Do I Have To Pay For The Courier Charges For The Products I Have Redeemed?

No. Courier charges will fully bear by Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd.

However, receiver should contact

Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) except public holidays.

within 48 hours if item/s damaged in transit.

How can I do my points enquiry / redemption?

  1. You may log on to www.abbottlifeplus.com, login with your username (NRIC OR Member ID) and password. 

    Your reward ALP points available are always showing at the top right corner.

    Select Redemption Catalogue  if you intend to enjoy redemption reward.

    Reward ALP points once converted to redemption item cannot be reversed/ cancelled after 24 hours

How Do I Receive My Redeemed Products?

The redeemed product/s will be sent to your delivery address as registered by courier.

Kindly ensure the accuracy of details especially contact/ mobile number. No P.O.Box address should be provided for redemption delivery.

Redemption process will take averagely 4-6 weeks of processing time upon your redemption request date in the system.

Meanwhile, the time needed for out-of stock redeemed item will take minimum 8 weeks of processing time.

Are The ALP Points Transferable To Another Account?

No. ALP points are not transferable to another member´s account.

Can I Share My ALP Account With Others?

No. One membership should be owned by one member only.

How Do I Know That I Have Been Registered As A Member?

New member will receive a SMS notification within 10 -14 working days after registration in Abbott LifePlus (ALP) system.
